For certified divers who have not had recent practice and would like to be eased back into diving under the direction of an instructor. You practice in a heated swimming pool for approxiamately an hour and a half.

If you haven't dived in the past 12 months or longer, you should refresh your skills, relearn the dive tables, hand signals and buoyancy control. Work in the pool with a PADI Instructor and become reoriented with the sport.
